Information collected automatically

When you visit Malwaland we automatically collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. We use this to improve our service and diagnose technical issues.

Information from service providers

Providers who register on Malwaland submit business details including business name, service category, operating cities, description, photos, and WhatsApp contact number.

We use the information we collect to: match customers with relevant local service providers; send service request notifications to providers; respond to enquiries and support requests; improve and personalise your experience on Malwaland; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

With service providers

When you submit a service request, your name, phone number, city, and message are shared with matched service providers so they can respond to your enquiry directly via WhatsApp or phone.

With third-party services

We use Supabase for database and authentication services. Your data is stored securely on their infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Malwaland, our users, or others.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (hosted in the EU/US). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Malwaland uses essential cookies to manage user authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site functionality such as staying logged in.
